Perched at the top of the slope, preventing soil erosion for this house was a necessity. We chose the drama of giant field stones for both function and design. These stones will secure the soil that would have ended up at the bottom of the sloper – and ultimately secured this home.
Landscaping Design
When working with out clients, we not only anticipate their needs, but find appealing solutions. This dramatic landscape sets the house above the stone, almost like a castle. We provided a lovely outdoor space with walkways throughout the stone walls to allow access to the lower areas of the property.
